Join Swathi Rao, PA-C, for this eight-week revitalizing detox and re-set designed to support you in building sustainable, healthy habits. We’ll explore how to use clean, nourishing foods as the foundation for optimal wellness, while learning practical ways to boost metabolism, create lasting routines, and embrace the core principles of EAT well, MOVE well, SLEEP well, and POOP well to BE Well.

The journey starts with a thorough detox, followed by an introduction to the Mito Food Plan - a nutrient-dense approach combining phytonutrients, healthy fats, and proteins to energize and empower your body. Each session will be an opportunity to track progress, share recipes, and dive into essential topics like intermittent fasting, the role of phytonutrients, and the power of healthy fats.

This series is a great chance to connect, learn, and feel your best from the inside out! Classes are designed to be in person for maximum benefit, but a Zoom option is available for those unable to attend in person. This class is open to patients and non-patients so spread the word or bring a friend!

Program Includes: 

  • Six Classes taught by Swathi Rao (and special expert guests!) including a hands-on cooking class, a movement class, and more at Be Well Family Care
  • Be Well Protein Plus 7-Day Detox Kit (protein shakes & supplements valued at $170)
  • 2 Nurse Visits – at the beginning and end of program for weight, measurements, and InBody Scans (Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis)
  • Private Facebook Group moderated by Be Well staff for support, recipes, and encouragement
  • Recorded Activities & Messages sent on weeks that we don’t meet to keep you engaged

Class Dates:  All classes held at Be Well Family Care (Zoom option available).

  • January 5-14: Pre-start weight, measurements and InBody (by appointment – we’ll call to schedule)
  • January 15 – 6:30 PM: Class #1
  • January 22 – 6:30 PM: Class #2
  • January 29 – 6:30 PM: Class #3
  • February 12 – 6:30 PM: Class #4 Move Well!
  • February 26 – 6:30 PM: Class #5 Cooking Class (in person)
  • March 2-6: After weight, measurements & InBody (by appointment)
  • March 12 – 6:30 PM: Class #6 – Final Class & Wrap-Up
