Kids Science in the Kitchen Classes!

Join us this summer in the Be Well Teaching Kitchen for our 2nd annual Science in the Kitchen series!

Designed for curious minds ages 7–13, these fun and educational Monday morning classes run from 10:30–11:30am. Each week features a new hands-on science experiment that brings learning to life in an exciting way! Come for the whole series or drop in on the dates that work for you. Every class is different—but all are packed with discovery, creativity, and FUN! Friends are welcome, and you don’t need to be a Be Well patient to join.

June 16th- Exciting Explosive Experiment! 
It’s back! Explore the wonders of different (safe) chemical reactions, this time on a larger scale!! As long as weather permits, we'll be taking this one outside this year and adding more than one kind of experiment. Wear clothes you’re not afraid to get a little dirty in!

June 30th- Why Does Matter Matter?
Learn about the states of matter in a fun way through an interactive lesson while creating our own slime!

July 7th- Dissecting DNA!
Learn what makes each of us scientifically unique through colorful fruity experiments!

July 14th- Sudsy Science! 
Another chance to explore the excitement of chemical reactions through fizzy fun!

July 21st - Exciting Explosive Experiment!
