Our Be Well Activated B12 includes two key B vitamins: B12 and folate in the most concentrated and bioavailable versions. Each tablet provides 5,000 mcg of B12 as methylcobalamin and 1,000 mcg of folate as Quatrefolic^® (100% activated 5-MTHF). This blend of methyl-donating B vitamins works synergistically to boost tissue and brain levels to support numerous body systems.

Vitamin B12 works along with folate in many body functions including:
