Understanding Joint and Foot Pain: A Comprehensive Class and Footwear Evaluation
Join us for an informative class at Be Well Family Care, where you’ll gain valuable insights into managing and preventing joint and foot pain. Led by Dr. Michael Murphy, Co-Founder of Divergent Rehab & Wellness, this group session will delve into common issues such as arthritis, plantar fasciitis, and other musculoskeletal conditions. We’ll also highlight the importance of proper footwear in alleviating discomfort and enhancing overall foot health.
Why Attend?
In addition to learning about effective treatments, you’ll have the opportunity to receive a free footwear evaluation. Please wear athletic shoes or the shoes you wear most often for an assessment. This evaluation will help determine whether your current footwear supports your foot health, so you can walk away with tips tailored to your needs.
