Come with us and travel to Puerto Rico, a Caribbean Island and a U.S. territory. Did you know that there is a tropical rainforest in the United States National Forest System? Yes! The only tropical rainforest in the U.S. National Forest System lives in Puerto Rico! We will dive into tropical fruit, learn some great kitchen skills, talk about nutrition, and create a Puerto Rican inspired fruit dish that will not disappoint.
